DOCUMENT) How To Complete Your Transfer:
1. Complete your sale and pay the dealer, individual, auction, etc. for the cost
of the firearm.
2. YOU must provide the seller or dealer that is mailing the firearm with a
copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL). This is your responsibility to
contact CA LLC, to email to selling dealer.
*NOTE - IF WE RECEIVE A FIREARM FROM A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL
(NON FFL/ NON DEALER) WE WILL NOT COMPLETE THE
TRANSFER UNTIL WE HAVE A CLEAR COPY OF THEIR STATE
ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER - NO
EXCEPTIONS. This is YOUR responsibility to obtain this information and
IT’S “REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE FIREARM WHEN
SHIPPED”, ALONG WITH YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER SO WE
CAN CALL YOU! If the transfer cannot be completed within 5-days of
receiving the firearm, due to the failure of the FFL or Private Individual not
providing the requested information herein, storage fees will be applied as
outlined below.
3. The seller/shipper must include with the gun the following information
If coming from a dealer: a clear, signed copy of their FFL
If coming from an individual: a clear, legible copy of their state-issued
driver’s license or state-issued ID card (with a clear picture) and their contact
phone number.
ALL transfers must include your Name, Email Address, & Phone
Number so we can contact you.
4. When the gun arrives, we will attempt to call you - provided #3 was
followed. YOU must ensure the seller/shipper provides you with a tracking
number so you can confirm delivery, just in case the seller forgot to include
your contact info. If you received delivery confirmation that we received
the gun, please do not call us asking if it arrived, just come into the shop -
even if it says it just arrived. We will have it ready for transfer, same day,
provided its during our normal business hours.
NFA: For NFA Class 3 items: YOU must show up within 10 days of initial
receipt of the NFA item to complete
the FORM 4 paperwork, and you must come in within 20 days of receipt of
the tax stamp to complete the transfer
and pick up of your NFA item, or else a $3/day storage fee will be applied at
time of pick-up (CA LLC, will attempt to contact you at the provided phone
numbers when your NFA item is ready to be picked up). See below for ID
requirements.

ALL Transfers can only be completed during posted shop hours. Even if we
are closed, we accept packages for transfer. However, we only conduct
transfers when we are open. NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. IDENTIFICATION- requirement for transfer or purchase of a firearm in
New Hampshire. Regardless of FEDERAL OR STATE LAWS, handgun &
NFA transfers conducted at CA. LLC, require the person receiving the gun to
have a New Hampshire state-issued ID Card or N.H. state-issued Driver’s
License; "UNLESS" qualifying under the military exception listed below. If
you do not have a NH Driver’s License or NH ID Card (or do not have an
active duty military ID card and PCS orders to a NH Military base with a
NH address), CA. LLC, will not process your handgun or NFA transfer. Only
long-guns will be transferred with an out-of-state, State-issued DL/ID, NO
EXCEPTIONS!
6. BRING $30 for transfer (or $50 for transfer of an in-stock item) - exact
change appreciated!
7. IMPORTANT NOTE – Once CA LLC, receives your non-NFA transfer,
you will have 5 calendar days to pick up your firearm, or we will charge $3
per day storage fee, beginning the day it was received. After 30-days, the gun
becomes property of CA LLC, and we may, at our discretion, return the
firearm to the shipper or sell the firearm to reimburse storage, administrative,
and transfer fees - which will total the exact amount received for sold
property. Unless prior arrangements are mades.
PROCESS for Outgoing Class 1 Transfers:
1. Complete your sale and receive payment from your buyer.
2. Have your buyer select a dealer near him to receive the firearm. We DO
NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ship firearms to C&R holders or
non-dealers. We will only send firearms to Class 1 & 3 FFL Dealers - NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!
3. YOU are responsible for having the destination FFL dealer fax or email a
copy of their FFL license to us before we take possession of your firearm(s) -
NO EXCEPTIONS! We need the destination FFL before we can ship your
firearm, and we do not have space to store your firearm if we have to wait for
the FFL to arrive, so please have the FFL emailed to us before dropping off
your firearm(s).
Our email address is FFL4CALLC@Gmail.com We will NOT accept any
firearm(s) for outgoing transfer without a copy of the receiving FFL dealer’s
license.
4. You must provide CA LLC, a copy of your state-issued DL/ID, current
address, and phone number before we will accept any firearm(s) for transfer.
ALL FIREARMS BROUGHT TO US FOR TRANSFER WILL BE
VERIFIED NOT STOLEN BEFORE WE SHIP – ANY FIREARMS FOUND
TO BE STOLEN CAN NOT, AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. We will
also need the NAME, address, and PHONE number of the buyer who will
ultimately receive the firearm(s), so the receiving dealer can contact them.
5. You MUST bring the firearms packaged and ready to ship, in a nondescript
cardboard box. Box should not be sealed, as we will need to verify the
firearm. If shipping in a gun case, the case must be shipped inside a
nondescript cardboard box so nobody can tell a gun is being shipped. This is
a FEDEX , UPS requirement. All firearms are shipped via FEDEX or UPS
with delivery confirmation ($75/handgun, $75/long-gun, or $125 if it’s a
heavy long-gun, IE: a Barrett 50 Cal). Insurance is optional; however, CA.
LLC, is not responsible for shipping damages or losses. FEDEX or UPS
charges approximately $6 per $100 value for insurance.
6. We conduct all transfers during normal shop hours.
7. IDENTIFICATION - Bring a copy of your State-issued Driver’s License or
State-issued ID card.
8. BRING cash as outlined and identified in #5 above, per gun. If total is
greater than $200, credit cards may be used (If using credit card, a 3.5%
convenience fee will be applied to the total amount charged on the credit
card).
CONTACT INFORMATION FOR INCOMING TRANSFERS: CA. LLC,
will attempt to call the buyer/recipient at the phone number listed on the
documents that accompany the firearm/transfer on the SAME DAY it arrives.
If possible, CA. LLC, will leave a message if nobody answers the phone. At
times, we do receive firearms without any contact information included. In
such cases, it is the recipient’s (buyer’s) responsibility to track the firearm
and verify delivery has been made. The recipient/buyer may come in the
same day of delivery, during normal shop hours or within 5 calendar days of
delivery to avoid storage fees. If your delivery company says we received the
item, please do not call and ask if we actually received it. We receive
numerous transfers each day and your cooperation is appreciated!
LATE PICK-UP LONG TERM STORAGE FEES: Please be aware, we are
a very busy retail shop, and do not have space to store “your guns.” We are
happy to help facilitate your transfer, but ask for your help in ensuring that
the firearm is picked-up within 5 calendar days of its arrival. Unfortunately,
because of past experiences with customers leaving their items with us for
extended periods, our policy requires that you pick up any items shipped to
CA.LLC, within 5 calendar days from the date it is received at CA.LLC, or
else we will have to charge you $3/day for storage (retroactive from the date
it was received). The only exception would be an unexpected military
deployment where a family member is unable to pick up the item in your
absence, and in such case, your fees are waived and we thank you for your
service! However, you need to call and leave a message at 816-718-9489
within 30-days of receipt of your firearm/transfer item so we do not sell it.
You will then have 10 calendar days from the date you return in CONUS
before fees will begin. After 30 days of storage, the firearm/transfer item will
be sold for storage, transfer, & administrative fees. By using CA. LLC, as
your transfer agent, you agree to these terms and hold OTB Firearms and its
employees harmless of any and all liability and/or loss due to excessive
storage fees.
Class III (NFA) INCOMING Transfers: $75 cash per transferred item
All preceding information within this document applies. In addition, for NFA/
Class 3 items (Machine Guns,
Silencers, SBRs, AOWs, etc), you have 10 days from the date CA.LLC,
receives your NFA item to complete your ATF Form 4. After 10 days, storage
fees are assessed at $3/day from the date we received the NFA item, thru the
date you finally submit your ATF Form 4 to CA. LLC, for mailing to the ATF
for processing. Furthermore, you have 20 days, from the date CA.LLC,
receives the tax stamp, to pick up your NFA item before storage fees are
assessed at $3/day (retroactive from the date your tax stamp is received). CA.
LLC, will contact you at the number(s) provided, on the day the item and/or
stamp arrives.
ABANDONED FIREARMS, ACCESSORIES, AND ANY CLASS I and
CLASS III ITEMS: (i.e. Any item
sent to CA. LLC, and not picked-up within 30-days)
After CA. LLC, has been in possession of your item(s) for 30 days, you the
buyer/recipient of said items permit CA. LLC, to sell the firearm(s), NFA
items, accessories, etc. for the total amount of storage fees, transfer fees, and
administrative fees, regardless of the actual, perceived, or emotional value of
the firearm(s), NFA items, accessories, etc. Any and all such funds will be
considered payment in full for all CA. LLC, expenses. By using our services
you agree to these, and all other terms, outlined on this website and agree to
waive all rights to the firearm(s), NFA items, etc. and to the cash value and
emotional value of said items if sold after 30-days to recover expenses. There
are NO EXCEPTIONS - KNOW THE FEDERAL AND NH GUN LAWS
AND OUR POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING A FIREARM OR NFA
ITEM AND HAVING IT SENT TO US FOR TRANSFER. It's unfortunate
that we must provide this in our terms and conditions, but after having
firearms sit in our shop for 6-12 months because people do not make the time
to pick up their items, we are forced to provide this incentive to get some folks
to collect their belongings due to our limited storage space.
A primary form of identification must be presented to the firearms dealer at
the time of purchase of any firearm except an antique weapon, or replica of
an antique weapon.

INCOMING & OUTGOING TRANSFERS

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE
CONTACTING CA LLC. By purchasing or transferring a weapon to CA
LLC, you are agreeing to the fellowing terms.
C.A.LLC, provides both Class 1 (non-NFA) and Class 3 (NFA) incoming and
outgoing transfer services. To expedite the transfer of your firearm, please
read, understand, and follow the appropriate instructions below.
Class 1: INCOMING Transfers: $30 cash per transferred item.
NOTE: This includes guns purchased at other dealers, online auctions ( i.e. Gunbroker, Guns
America) neighbors, etc., & transferred to CA LLC, Firearms for pickup.
If you transfer in a new gun that we stock, IE: Glock 17, the transfer is
$50.
(BE ADVISED: We do not sell or transfer Handguns to anyone under 21
years old)
